The Goal
The goal of the regional forum is to change performance of healthcare professionals—specifically oncology providers—so they are able to navigate the complexity of precision oncology, molecular diagnostics, treatment sequencing, toxicity management and its impact on individualized care.

Target Audience
The target audience for this regional forum are community oncologists, academic medical center faculty, advanced practice providers in oncology and multidisciplinary care team members.

Learning Objectives
Upon the completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

1. Analyze and prioritize treatment sequencing options based on disease state, prior therapies and patient-specific clinical factors.
2. Interpret molecular profiling results and correlate findings with appropriate targeted therapeutic options.
3. Assess treatment-related toxicities in complex patients, including those with comorbidities or advanced disease.
4. Apply emerging clinical evidence to real-world patient scenarios to support immediate implementation in practice.
